Arabesque inspired yellow diamond drop earrings in millgrained yellow gold.

Detail of arabesque inspired textured yellow gold necklace with fancy shaped diamonds.

A great way to give new life to unused heirloom gems.

Green Amethysts

Amethysts have been known to be of purple hue ever since. But "new" gem varieties have been coming out and been made use in fine jewelry of late. One of these "newer" varieties include green amethysts; essentially green colored quartz (as amethysts are purple colored quartz). It provides a very different, more transparent, shade of green as compared to, say, emeralds and peridots. And more colors only mean more choices, which is a good thing.

Inset are drop earrings and a cocktail ring of green amethysts and pave diamonds set in rose and white gold.
